By accessing or using the Growth Insider Program (GIP) platform at growthinsiderprogram.top, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and contributors of the platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Platform Access & Membership
Growth Insider Program is a private community platform designed to help members start, grow, and scale online agencies, coaching, and consulting businesses.
- Membership access is granted upon successful registration and, where applicable, payment.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials with others.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
- Access to premium content or courses may require an active paid membership.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Community Conduct
GIP is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and shared growth. All members are expected to uphold these community standards:
- Treat all members with respect regardless of their experience level.
- Do not post spam, self-promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements.
- Do not share misleading, false, or harmful information.
- Do not harass, threaten, or intimidate other members.
- Do not share offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
- Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
Violation of community conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.

Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the GIP platform — including courses, videos, guides, templates, and community posts created by GIP — is the intellectual property of Growth Insider Program and is protected by copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any GIP content without explicit written permission.
- Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant GIP a license to display it on the platform.
- You are solely responsible for any content you post. Do not share content you do not own or have rights to.
- GIP reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community guidelines.

Payments & Refunds
Where membership or courses require payment, the following terms apply:
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
- Subscription memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for first-time members.
- Refunds are not available after course content has been substantially accessed.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.

Termination

- Upon termination, your access to platform content will be revoked immediately.
- Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GIP does not guarantee specific business results, income levels, or outcomes from using our content or community.
- Results shared by members are their own and are not guaranteed for others.
- GIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for third-party links, tools, or resources shared within the community.
